• Following the success of the Classics Department trip to Rome and the Bay of Naples in October 2024.

• A group of 30 pupils is being planned for a trip to Greece at Easter 2026.

• A four-centre tour covering Athens, Delphi, Olympia, and Tolon. Key highlights include:

  • Epidaurus Theatre: One of the best-preserved ancient theatres.
  • Roman Corinth.
  • Mycenae and Tiryns: Bronze Age sites.
  • Olympia: The birthplace of the Olympic Games.
  • Delphi: Home of the Delphic Oracle.
  • Athens: The Acropolis, Parthenon, and Agora.
  • Covers most major sites in Greece, relevant for both GCSE and A-Level syllabuses.
  • Provides a firsthand experience of Greece and Greek culture.
