Pyrotechnics featured highly on the fun-list but numeracy was also explored as a tool in science.
Primary school pupils also discovered that if each atom in 12g of carbon was magically transformed into a Pringle, the stack of Pringles would stretch from the Earth to the Sun 6 billion times!
