Payment Policy

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total camp fee is required at the time of registration to secure your child’s spot in the camp. This deposit will be applied toward the total camp fee.

Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of the camp fee is due no later than Tuesday 1^st April 2025. If the balance is not paid by the due date, your child’s spot may be forfeited, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

The 30% deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future camp session.
If the camp is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., government restrictions, force majeure), a full refund of all fees paid will be provided, including the deposit.
